News & Announcements:
The Board of Directors does recognize that Statements were mailed out versus an Invoice for annual assessments. The amounts are correct. No one is past due at this time. The due date has been extended till April 1st, 2025. However, if you would like an Invoice emailed or mailed out to you, please make contact with the office.
2025 May Election -There will be (4) elected positions in the upcoming election. Ballots are due by May 3rd at 12:30pm!
Board Meeting Saturday, April 5th at 9am.
Waste Management (WM) will be the new trash service provider for the POA. Dumpsters will be located behind the Office/Community Room for the community use.
Safety Alert: Please check for fire bans and inform Linn County authorities if you would like to perform a burn on your property.
On 5/31/2024, the Linn County Sheriff's Department served a warrant to Lake Chaparral POA requesting our cooperation in an investigation. As details emerge, the Board of Directors will provide additional information to the community through the official website (lakechaparralpoa.com). We understand the importance of this matter and are working closely with the Sheriff’s Department to reach a resolution. The Board will be transparent as the investigation proceeds.
As of 3/1/25, there have been no further updates from the Linn County Sheriff's Office regarding the warrant that was issued on 5/31/24.

Board meetings are generally held the 1st Saturday of each month at 9:00 am. Annual Member meetings are generally held the 1st Saturday of May and October at 1:00 pm.
